Worst car buying experience of my life.
Hey thanks for making me almost loose my job you scam artists!! Ever heard of the lemon law? Lol.
Purchased a dodge charger a few days ago. Over all very pleased with the experience. Car was clean and priced right about right. I asked for an auto report but they told me that was up to me to do. They had no problem with me taking it on multiple drives, or to my own mechanic. They weren't pushy, they were involved, and they delivered on time the repairs that were promised. I would consider them again if I'm in the market for a used car.
After taking it to my mechanic we hashed out some details, part of which was repairs. I gave them the list and estimate to which, as most salesmen do, they began to challenge the necessity of some. In the end a repair they promised to do that they felt was going to be quick and easy ended up being longer and more costly. They stuck to their end and took care of it regardless. They also did me a solid and made another repair for a fraction of what it would have cost me somewhere else.
The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because they really didn't take to time to listen and really review the repairs that they took care of. I felt like I was treated as maybe a little ignorant of what it really took despite personal knowledge /experience and information from another mechanic.
I will never ever recommend anyone to this place. They sold me a lemon, the car drove nice for test drive so I purchased it. As soon as i get it home it starts leaking fluids. All they gave me was the run around afterwards, so I just took my losses and let this be a learning experience.
I understand taking advantage of a female in this industry, but the level of sheer disrespect I received from this place is absolutely needless. Long story short, they are selling parts cars that drive off the lot.
I bought a real nice motorcycle at this dealership. Micah, my sales consultant was very knowledgeable and showed me some of the features and benefits of the motorcycle. Never pressured and at a great price, I took delivery of my ride. I will check their inventory in the future for any vehicle needs even if I have to drive from Tulsa again.
