Excellent people here, wonderful service. My only complaint would be for them to drop the $200 deposit on debit card transactions.
I dosn't like the fact that my last bist from the Latin off of the I-240 access road wasn't updated for the visit here. It's always a hassle to use debit. Otherwise, it was a very good expierence
Best Customer Service Ever! Branch Manager Chris was very professional and his team was very helpful with my rental experience. Chris and his team picked me up from my house and had a clean car ready to go when I arrived at the branch. They even helped me find a great spot to eat! If you are renting for business, repair, or just personal I would recommend this location and especially Chris and his team hands down every time!!!
Rented a 2016 Ford Fusion. Picking up was good but the car had seen better days. HUGE problem tho, the inside of the windows were F.I.L.T.H.Y. Add to that NO WASHER FLUID. And, found the washer tube disconnected after putting in a half gallon of water. Jack was tossed aside in the trunk, but after hunting through the manual for 5 solid minutes before finding an illustration, figured that was either an engineering oversight, or Mexican assembly (first charcter on VIN is 3 = Mexico) failure. Happy my 2016 Ford Escape (first VIN charactrr is 1 = USA assembled) is out of the shop, ELATED I didn't buy a Fusion!
The app was fast an easy to use and the staff was friendly but there were no warnings about the $200 deposit or the extra fee for insurance which made for a nasty surprise at pick up. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
