Horrible! Filed complaint with State and BBB. Are they still in business? Setting up customers to fail. Disabled my vehicle without telling me. Didn’t restore it when made payment. I paid to have it towed to mechanic. He told me what was wrong. Shelly argued with me about it saying that I had “fallen through the cracks”. Thinking about suing them for predatory lending.
They need to take some classes on how to treat their customers or get out of Moore.
This place is terrible!!! The old ladies that work here are VERY rude, unprofessional, and never understanding!!! The interest rates are so high and you have to travel to Moore just to make a payment!!! After I pay my car off I wouldn't return or recommend that anyone gets a car financed through this company!
Only use these guys as a last resort.... Very bad customer service, rather hateful people. My husbands account and they refuse to talk to me even though he has told them to several times .
The company & woman up there are the rudest people ever. You try to work with them & they act like its the end of the world. I feel for their families to have to live with someone like that.
WORST FINANCE Company EVER! Seriously, do not waste your time. They charge an ungodly interest rate and have horrible customer service! I am 13 payments away from having my car paid off and I can't wait! I had a 54 month loan (UNGODLY amount of time on used car) and yes I have been late from time to time. Not every month and usually not more than a couple days. They have a $22 late charge if your payment is made more than 2 days past the due date. I actually called at Christmas and said look I've spent more than I realized at Christmas, can I make this payment 2 weeks late when I get paid next? They told me no, and that they would be prepossessing my vehicle! Seriously worst company I have ever had to deal with!
What's worse is they are located in Moore & they make Moore look horrible.
