They were ok but wasnt what I expected as far as compassion was concerned. The return visit for ashes was somewhat alittle better.
They were great and helpful with the passing of my mother! Kim and Zack took great care and pride in assisting our family! One thing I wish they had been more responsive in regards to asking people to sign the guest book! We were unable to focus & ask people and just really felt they would help with that! And PLEASE Purchase a media player that will play multi media types instead of just DVD Format! (Maybe this is so you will pay them $200 to make it FOR you?) Otherwise, very compassionate and patient!
I attended the funeral of my sweet Uncle yesterday and I just have to say this. They had family viewing before the service and the smell of formaldehyde was so strong it was nauseous. It burned my eyes and nose. You could smell it 2 feet from the casket. Surely, you guys could smell that and could have done something. I understand older people having thin skin and the embalming process. But, seriously that is not how I wanted to remember my sweet, precious Uncle.

The Celebration of Life on Jan. 14th for Susan Gail Burke was very nice.
You get what you pay for and with this company it's the worst you can get. As the family was leaving the cemetary just after the services we looked at the burial site only to see my fathers casket being dropped head first on end by the employees of this cut rate, cut service funeral home. Once confronted no appolgy or excuse or reasoning was given but more of a used car salesman approach was delivered to my Mother who sees nothing but her husband's casket sticking out of a hole in her mind. If you have a choice- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are rude and cut throat
