If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company to work with. The really have awful customer service!!!!
I have had some issues with the delivery guys with my fridge but Customer Service and the people at the store have always been very helpful. They are really cool and helpful about taking a payment over the phone when I need to.
Customer service is great and friendly. After reading past reviews, I can assure you this is not true. We moved our business with the Moore store, because Norman is horrible and it would take the act of GOD to get anything done, and they manager in Norman is very rude and has no customer service. Thank you Moore for the excellent service.
Worst place ever. Lost 10 1/2 years of my life working for them. The COO comes into the store and has foul language on the show room floor and a regional manager that would sleep in the store. Thats just the begining. The CEO needs to take a good hard look at the boots on the ground and not whats on black and white.
