Checker was rude .asked it was car or cash. I said what deference does it make. He said to speed it up. I have never been asked that then he shorted me. $5 dollars I said we're is my other 5 he said it's in your hand. I had that five in my hand before he was throw making change.then Haas to call to have his register opened. Then said I am training that person. So I need to watch him. Looks like you need to train him.
Giving it up to the entire staff at the Moore Lowe's store. Biggest asset: Russ, the Assistant Store Manager. He is a retail dynamo who leads by example. Personable, outgoing, willing to do any and everything within his powers to see his customers satisfied.
The paint lady was great. However, no checkers in the store, not even 1. Had to use self check & had items that were heavy, (5 gallon barn paint) & items too light for bagging area to weigh. Created problems for the kiosk & had to have help. A store should ALWAYS have at least one person checking.
I'm a big fan of Lowe's! Maybe it's just my personality, but the store layout makes sense to me. When I go to the orange home improvement store, I feel lost. I also believe the customer service is better at Lowe's.
I, for one, would like to see him in his own store. Even if it meant losing him at our hometown Lowe's. Lowe's gain, our loss. This guy would be sorely missed.
Sad that it is, but wherever he lands, that will be one awesome location for all your home improve the needs.
