It's hard to leave a family heirloom with people you hardly know but the jewelers at Journey made me feel safe about getting my moms ring resized and repaired by them. They took an interest in the rings sentimental value and had it fixed within days when other jewelers were telling me it might take weeks. I will be back to see them for any of my jewelry needs.
The staff is very friendly and caring. We came in to get my Mom's ring removed from her swollen finger, and it was done with gentleness and professionalism. The store is very clean and bright. We enjoyed the Christian music playing in the background too! :)
Robert was an absolute blessing to work with. I emailed late on Sunday evening not expecting a response, and received one almost instantaneously (and it wasn't automated like I expected). They performed a quick repair (replacement of one diamond, a refurbishing, cleaning, etc.) on my engagement ring and it was ready within three or so hours.
They were absolutely amazing people to do business with and they did such a perfect job on great grandmothers ring. It is definitely a blessing to have someone give so much care to an heirloom that will be passed down to my baby girl. They kept me updated through text the entire time. The hand written thank you note is rare to see these days & a great ending to the day to see. They will be my go to place for jewelry care as long as can be!
