We stayed overnight at the Best Western Greentree #Inn in Moore, OK. The staff is helpful, professional, and friendly! Our room was clean and welcoming (and super comfortable and roomy). We took a morning swim in the indoor, heated pool. Relaxing and clean! After the swim, we had a hot breakfast - included in the price. It was quite good! I had a waffle, there was also scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, and more! Very enjoyable stay.
Nice staff. Really large room and beds. You didn't feel like you were even in a hotel. Clean all throughout the hotel. From the minute you drove up and until you left. You felt safe. Nice location. Will definitely stay again.
My family and I were so pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat and we had plenty of towels. The toilet stopped up. I called the front desk and someone was up to our room in less that 5 minutes fixing the toilet. We are making Best Western our hotel every time we travel.
I am very very impressed with this hotel. The only reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lady working the breakfast clean up started taking the food up 15 minutes early. Then was very rude about it the guests. Otherwise I can say this is a very clean and well maintained place to stay. The check in was effortless and clerk very friendly and helpful.
The desk staff were friendly. The swimming pool's tiles and steps need to be cleaned! Breakfast was fine on one day, but the next day the eggs were watery and the biscuits were dry and hard. The breakfast hostess was not friendly. My feet got dirty from the carpet in my room. The shower looked like it had been updated. Clean towels and wash cloths. Good toiletries. Small pets are welcome.
