Garden Ponds & Aquariums Unlimited did a pond with stream and falls for us. The design and workmanship was excellent. Mike has been doing ponds for quite a while now and his experience really shows. If you are seriously thinking of putting in a backyard pond, then I strongly recommend Garden Ponds & Aquariums Unlimited
The photo below doesn't do it full justice. It was very easy to add the landscaping and it looks better now that the plants and decoration have been added.
The only negative and the only reason i did not give the all 5 stars was due to the additional charge for the pond start up kit. It may just be me, but when you pay over $7000 for the installation, I think an essential item such as the start up kit would be included. The skimmer brushes were also deemed to be an option and we now have to purchase them as well.
Garden Ponds Unlimited built a beautiful pond which has become the focal point of our backyard. All of their staff has been courteous, professional and extremely helpful. We look forward to many years of enjoying our pond.
The crew was very courteous and answered any and all questions. They took time to explain the remote control functions on our new pond lights, as well. Very pleased with the final product.
We just had a second Koi pond and waterfall installed last week by Garden Ponds Unlimited. It took the crew 3 days to complete. The crew was always on time, arriving at 7:30 am each day. They were all business and built a very beautiful pond and waterfall. They also relocated one of our water features from the backyard to the front of our house. They changed the design, interspersing our back rock and river rock into a unique circle that looked 100% better than when it was new!
Excellent customer service! Justin remade our humble back yard pond (badly installed by previous owners) look like it belongs in a showroom! All the work they've done for us has been top-notch. They also give great advice and help to keep your pond, fish, and plants healthy and looking amazing. Thank you!!
not as advertized it sucks very over priced and i saw guppies with riped up tails and looked like they had a diseise and no tanks are on the inside dosnt look anything like the pictures say
Other than the 2 points above, service and product completion was very good and would definitely recommend anyone looking for new pond construction to take a long look at hiring Garden Ponds Unlimited.
That feature had been sinking, but it is now solid as a rock.
