I only got out of bed and left my house because it says online that you are open until 1:00am...... and your open sign was still lit up on your front door but the drive thru told me you were closed at 12:20. I am sad.
The last 3 times i have gone here they have gotten my to go order wrong. This time after waiting 15 min for them to make my food i drive home which is a good 5-10 min drive i open the wholelotta box to find what looks to be a half empty box, and i ordered 1/2 tacos 1/2 burittos and i got 12 tacos. No chips and 4 little containers of salsa where theres supose to be a lg salso. I call the store and a guy name jason answeres the phone i begin to tell him that i ordered the whollotta box and ordered 1/2 &1/2, he then interups me and says very smugly that you cant get 1/2 &1/2 so i said a beg your pardon i read it right on the menu you can get 6 & 6 he says oh you got the wholelotta so i reply yep thats what i just said, i then continoue to explain that i got all tacos and i asked for half burritos no lettuce, he interups me again and says burritos dont have lettuce so i said irregardless, my order us wrong and half of it us missing so he says you dont have to be rude just come up here and well fix it. How about the managment of this restaurant stop hiring crack heads that are to busy scratching at the gaping whole on her face long enough to listen to an order? Why should i have to drive all the way back up there to get what i paid for in the first place. This is the 3rd time in a row to get my order wrong. As i decide to just eat what we have its aparent they were running out of meat because all of our tacos had about 1/2 oz of meat almost no cheese and as I take a bite i get a mouth full of grease. Groce save your money to to taco mayo....
Last time i will go to this bueno.
Had a hunger situation and swung through the drive thru here at Taco Bueno. There were 4 other cars in front of us and we moved at a snail's pace. The lady at the window was pleasant and served us with a smile. Sauce and napkins were already in the bag so that's a bonus! I ordered the new big spicy chicken quesadilla...it looked way different in the picture on the menu. (One I received was noticeably smaller) overall a 3 star visit is what I will rate. Mostly because the wait in line and temp of food as we drove off was not ideal. We will try them out again in hopes of a hotter temp on the food and will dine in or get food ToGo.... Thank you for being friendly!
Food was good, didn't have to wait to long, lady at the drive thru window is very friendly!
You gotta love a place that uses the word "fricken" in their menu!
