The staff was very helpful and willing to assist us with attempting to locate what we were looking for. Unfortunately they do not carry many big and tall sizes in store, but they were able help us locate what they did have.
Couldn't find what I was looking for. After 10 mins of pushing the help button, someone finally came, and didn't seem interested in helping me, so I went to customer service and no one there would help me either. I'll just stick to Academy, they are ready to help.
Excellent selection and prices. However, it did take awhile to find someone to help us in the shoe dept.
