We frequent this location a lot as we're residents of the Moore area, and we have always had a great experience here. The customer service is just right and the staff is knowledgeable when needed. Even if it's one of those nights where you realize fifteen minutes before they close that you need a bag of food, it's always a quick run in and out to get it taken care of! I've made some of these trips in theee minutes or less (including checkout!).
Payton is amazing! She was very helpful with a purchase and a resulting return. Although I was disappointed the product we bought dis not work as well as expected the return was hassle free. Other purchases have been essy and staff has been helpful.
Their selection on the weekends tends to be more limited until they restock, but that is the same for any other shop of this kind!
I come here to get both of my dogs nails trimmed in the grooming dept. and the workers are always so welcoming and polite. They do such a great job and have the most patience for every animal that walks through that door. I love coming here and knowing that my dogs will be taken care of. :)
Great place for your pet needs! We buy premium dog and cat food and they usually have great deals on the food and I like the fact that when you purchase pet food they donate a meal to a shelter animal. Prices are usually pretty good and the store is well stocked and the staff is helpful.
Tegan in the grooming salon takes care of both of my indoor dogs. She always gives them great cuts! They are soft and smell wonderful! They are always happy to see her and happy when I pick them up!
